No. We never see or store your card number or bank account details. When you pay, you're handed off to Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor, and you enter those details on Stripe's secure checkout — not on our site. All we keep is a reference to the completed payment (amount, date, and a confirmation code) so your ledger stays accurate.
Use the “Report an issue / leave a note” box on your account page. Pick Maintenance problem, describe what's going on, and hit Send — it goes straight to management. That keeps a written record with a timestamp, which is better than a phone call for anything that needs a repair or follow-up.
Reach out early — don't just skip it. Send a note from the account page (choose Payment question) and explain your situation. Depending on circumstances, management may be able to help with a reduced amount, a short payment extension, or waiving a late fee. The sooner you let us know, the more options there are.
Just what's needed to manage your tenancy: your name and contact details (email, phone, mailing address), your emergency contact and co-signer, your lease terms, and your rent charges and payments (amounts and dates). We may also keep photos of your unit and any lease documents. We do not store card or bank numbers.
Go to My profile. There you can change your email, phone, contact preferences, and your co-signer / emergency contact. For your own email, we send a verification link to the new address — click it to confirm. Your old email keeps working until it's confirmed, so a typo won't ever lock you out.
Yes. On your account page, use the “Pay for” dropdown to pay ahead by one or more months — right up to the end of your lease. Prepaid amounts show as a credit and are applied to upcoming rent automatically.
On My profile you choose how we reach you — Phone, SMS, or Email — and you can de-prioritize email there. We do ask you to keep at least two contact methods active so we can always reach you about important lease matters. If you'd like to stop routine monthly statement emails, just ask management to turn them off for your lease.
We strongly recommend paying electronically through the portal instead.
If a paper check is truly your only option, contact management to make arrangements.
